Service Description

In this course you will learn the basic yoga philosophy, history and principals that set up the foundation for your practice. We will take a deep dive into the 8 limbs including the Yamas, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama (breathwork), Pratyahara (sense withdrawal), Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (Meditation) and Samadhi (Bliss). Yoga is a holistic practice and involves a lot more than the movement we learn on our mats. This will dive us deeper into our practice and incorporate in our every day lives.
